Part One: Ski Jumping

The first part of the sport is the ski jumping portion. Below you can watch a video on how we actually ski jump and the mechanics of how it is done. While we do ski jump a large amount of our training time. There are an incredible amount of things that go into a good ski jumping effort. To start you need to have good technique on your jump.
