Park City Camp

After my three week mark following surgery on my shoulder I was given the all clear to go back to more activities like running and roller skiing. I will be able to jump at the four week mark, along with jumping I can start working intervals back into my training as well. This past week and the upcoming week I am in Park City, UT for a training camp. The US Ski team's A,B and C team are all here together participating in a small camp. My teammate Ben Berend hurt his ankle around the same time that I broke my collarbone so the two of us have been doing stationary bike intervals at the COE while the rest of the team does outdoor intensity workouts. I am very excited to be able to get back to the sport and be able to train with my entire team for these few weeks before our upcoming competition season.
